Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp 1 Sea Salt

  • 4 tsp 4 Baking Powder

  • 2 tbsp 2 White Sugar

  • 2 lg 2 Eggs

  • 1.5 cups 1.5 Milk – 4%- warmed

  • 6 tbsp 6 Butter – Unsalted- Melted

  • 1 tsp 1 Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar together in a large bowl; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
  • Beat eggs in a separate bowl; stir in milk, butter, and vanilla.
  • Pour milk mixture into flour mixture; beat until blended.
  • Ladle batter into a preheated waffle iron.
  • Cook waffles until golden and crisp.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy with butter, warm syrup, or jam.

Notes

  • You can make the batter ahead of time and cook the waffles just before serving. Cover the batter and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Whisk well before using.
